Trump is the brand of the vehicle. He isn't the only person behind DWAC's fate. If people want to discredit the SPAC, they need to remove their focus away from Trump. It doesn't matter if the company has nothing on the surface. It's a SPAC.. why would it need to? What are your expectations for a blank check co.?

Biggest risk is if the deal doesn't go through. After that, then what? They dilute the float? What happens if they get in with some good fintech to monetize further instead of going the dilution route. You know how many crypto coins are popping up?

There's Pokemon coins listing to exchanges and raising hundreds of millions in a couple days. You don't think Trump has that kind of leverage?
