Not sure about that, could be. I have seen a lot of hesitancy in the OTC this fall on a lot of stocks you would expect to boldly make their move but then hesitancy follows!

Another scenario could play out today and it does not surprise me. Because we had a green day on less volume than the previous day, today could also be read; hard to say with 4 hours left until the closing bell but even if that occurs and we close red today, most times that there is a "dip then rip", that dip will happen on greater volume than the previous day and we already have that in play!
