As I said before. That is MMs making a market. They cover within minutes if not seconds. MMs don't keep an inventory of stock. They sell short to fill a order then find a MM with blocks of shares to sell to cover. Usually insiders and toxic lenders. Some retail too. All done by computer. The cover side is not reprted to FINRA as it should be. Only the sell side.
