I hope it's not the whole story....BUT...via rep at Ameritrade...KOOYF is NOW(?) a restricted stock, is trading only on the grey market, and we can only liquidate positions.... WTF....where is this coming from? I've emailed the Company twice...no response. There must be a glitch as a result of spinoff.
