Don't rely on and expect Thom to develop the company. All he has done in the past twelve years is for his own salary. Now we only hope that the CAFC will make a good decision to turn it over. However all judges taking super slow to process and make decision, this case been dragging out for 12 years long , only waiting for all judge's decision already spent more than 9 years long. So frustrating!!!
