I guess the financier gave Aitan the money and said, 'hay don't worry about giving us the shares we bought'!

Yep....very rarely does correct info come from GCAN. FF bought the shares and then the price dropped so fast, it wasn't worth converting them. Obvious they are hoping something will pump the price up so they can convert and dump.

So here we sit. GCAN booked the $500K in cash (aka - they took the cash) from FF but did not book any liability thereto. A good way to make the financial statements look better.

GCAN is just a scam by professional scammers.
