I wonder if Think L would be labile for that? Mobicard was clearly the 1st digital business card, Think Latitudes inept inability to produce a product in over a year and the $194,500 paid to them certainly they have materially harmed the company. I would say that camcard users will be willing to switch once they see the better product of MOBICARD. As camcard obviously are the copycats here (I wonder if there is a connection with TL?) Clearly Mobicard was getting patents granted before CAMCARD was even dreamt up. EVEN better I wonder if MOBICARD could sue Camcard and or shut them down. As Mobicard again was 1st and it was a good thing they were getting patents back when people were complaining about the CEO protecting the brand.
Looks like MOBICARD will have a good market share to capture by being superior to camcard... One of those apps you have to be in person to share what a dinosaur.... Saying MOBICARD wont eat their market share for breakfast is like saying Facebook wont eat into MYSpace's biz.... We all know what happened there lol
