I've looked into the companies they intend to acquire. I think it all looks great on the surface. But I'll believe it when I see the 8K and the deals are confirmed closed. Right now it's still rumor until we see paperwork filed, and how they actually finance these deals is very important. How much debt are they taking on? How many preferred shares were issued? Did they dilute? Been trading OTC stocks too long to just blindly accept what these companies say and believe it's all gonna be gravy, no matter who it is.
