I think all should read this .6899 Valuation post that you have created regarding NSAV to "compare and contrast" to Coinbase (COIN:NASDAQ):

Then I think it is very important to note that since NSAV will be acquiring a 51% Controlling Interest, they will be able to capture 100% of the company's financial numbers such as its Revenues, Net Income, Assets, etc. for its financials. This is regardless to how such Revenues or Income distribution would exist. Capturing 100% of the numbers for the NSAV financials is an administrative process that comes along with the territory of them acquiring an at least 51% Controlling Interest.

So technically speaking, based on that valuation you indicated, that .6899 valuation could actually be doubled upon closure of the BW acquisition as what's strongly hinted within the forum:
