Industrial Nanotech Inc's CEO/CTO and sole employee, Stuart Burchill, provided the following information, "Now that we have successfully met the requirements of the new SEC 15c2-11 by substituting the promised financials with hilarious and misleading financials that purposely omit the ongoing and long-standing IRS and State of Florida Tax Liens. The financials also omit the ongoing lawsuit for $157,000 plus costs from Joseph Ab Investments."
Mr. Burchill continues, "We are also continuing to mirthfully promise to have the financials for 2020 and 2021 audited by an independent auditor knowing that there actually may be some gullible people who might believe this continuously running lie that we never get tired of repeating."
Additionally, Mr. Burchill discussed the impact of Covid-19 and the $28 in the bank on the Company's revenue in 2020, 2021 to date, and moving forward.
"Bigger lies, more misleading tweets and a variety of chicanery and deception. Larger lies were dramatically affected," states Mr. Burchill. "Larger lies require us to actually have a staff, offices and valid corporate registrations. Since Industrial Nanotech has no staff, no physical location and only unabandoned corporate registrations it is getting increasingly difficult to come up with lies and deceptions that some people might actually believe."
We are aware that many people are aware of this scam. All they have to do is view the dreadful reviews at the Better Business Bureau and at various scam reporting sites. Fortunately, this is a big country and no matter how overt and silly this scam is, we are very optimistic about the upcoming quarters and years since it only takes a few gullible people each year to feather our nest."
