You are desperately short of arguments to ask such a question ... The answer (you know it no doubt) is they needed more than 900 and they had to pick a number of A/S large enough to never have do do it again.

At current pps, and what official information we have, dilution is almost meaningless (I know youknow that also) and A/S number even less.

Look at 2016 or 2015, maybe you will find another stupid topic to raise.
