Anyone else get partially filled orders?

I hate getting partially filled orders.

I end up with fraction shares, I mean e.g putting a buy order say 2,200,000 shares, but getting fill for 2,180,462, then later I have to 19,538 shares to round it up.

When one has to make add or sell decisions fast, it's easier to calculate mentally when dealing 2,200,000 VS 2,180,462
