$SFIO summitted the paper work for name change about 2 months ago and it usually takes around 2 months and sometimes up to 3 months before it is finally changed. All We and $SFIO can do is wait since it is out of $SFIO managements control at present. Link below may help you answer your question.

I haven't seen any paperwork that would prove SFIO submitted forms for a name change yet. Would be nice to see the documents for name change though..

My guess is the IRS is the hold up as usual.
