I suspect that this characterization will get some boos and hisses but I believe it to be accurate:

One of the Kevetrin patents (maybe THE kevetrin patent) was filed showing K Menon as the sole inventor.
It wasn't widely known at the time but Aruda apparently asserted that he had participated and should have been listed as an inventor.
Menon settled the issue with Aruda by giving him approximately half (~15M) of his common share holdings, with a number of shares going to Aruda's lawyer.

Don't ask me how it happened but the fact that it did certainly flies in the face of the assertion that "IPIX (LEO) IMO has been meticulous in Patent filings and protection". That couldn't be more wrong in the case of Kevetrin.
