You may know that to be true, and I will not even disagree with you because I don't know one way or the other.

However, what you and I may know has zero relationship to what the people at the SEC knows.

Some 2,000 OTC Pink/No Information securities were moved to the Expert Market roughly one month ago based solely on the fact that they had not filed the required annual and quarterly reports for at least one year.

It is very unlikely that the SEC yet knows much more about all of those securities.

The SEC stays plenty busy on individual enforcement investigations and actions such that they did not suddenly get the additional capacity to perform 2,000 additional enforcement investigations. It is literally going to take the SEC years to wade through the huge backlog of work that it has just created for itself.

Maybe investigation and judgment of RMTD will come near the beginning of that work, and maybe it will come near the end. It is likely that only the people at the SEC know for sure, and you can bet that they are not talking.
