They might be going on the date of a previous prospectus (or they might have not caught the edit of listing using a previous S-3 form when writing out the current S-3). They up listed from the otc to the NASDAQ and finra delisted ABVC off of the otc and listed it on the NASDAQ on Aug 3, 2021. see https://otce.finra.org/otce/dailyList (you will have to adjust the search dates to 8/3/21 to get ABVC) It's pretty common for things to take time to catch up everywhere on the internet, but I'm pretty sure it stopped trading on the otc and only trades through the exchange after the date of uplisting. I'm no pro and I might have explained that wrong, but I believe that's the jist of it.
