In that case, if additional shares were added to the O/S after the financial collapse of Remote Dynamics, Inc., then current shareholders may have a valid case for a class-action lawsuit for securities fraud against the individuals responsible.

That would be for a lawyer to determine, not you or I. I have already in the previous post suggested that current shareholders should have that discussion with an appropriate securities attorney.
