Agreed. We are just use to being burned by RS's in the OTC but with the right company, like $CUBT , IF it does happen, it will allow them to get more liquidity.
I believe the window is 2 years for the RS because they want to maintain a certain price point and then implement a minimal RS, but thats just my opinion. If the price stays higher less of an RS...the lower it dumps the worse it is. Time will tell but worth the wait for me personally as the team is full of successful individuals.

Hypothetically, if they want to reach a minimum $5 for uplisting...
