People reading these posts please go do your research on how bad the situation with the pending R/S actually is, how these things affect companies on the OTCs etc., don't trust anybody, in fact don't even trust me, one thing I learned in trading/investing is that nobody is your friend and everybody is out there for their own gain.


Now people here trying to spin this like this is a non issue and actually a good thing needed for uplist/big partnerships/buyouts are the same people that will be on the ask dumping on YOU.

Go research what recently happend with Mr. Delarge and how he was dumping on people while screaming that he continues holding/adding.

Why the company didn't put out a filing for everybody to see at the same time and so there is not a confusion as to whether the document is real or fake on friday ?

Why did some people got the advantage by knowing this before YOU and got the chance to dump in the 10 cent range ?

And there are many other issues with CUBT that I already touched on
