BTW as far as the RS refer to my earlier post. Another company I am in announced a RS coming with the words NASDAQ along with it AND an S1 filing. Stock still dropped 25% from .04 to .03 despite all of that and probably doing over a $billion in revs this coming year and just doing $190 M in revs this past Q.

BTW they also announced the RS in an official S-1 filing on Edgar.

CUBT? We found out about it from a PDF that was sent to a few select shareholders. No filing. No nothing.

So if that company can drop off of that? I hold no misconceptions about the effect the words REVERSE SPLIT will have on CUBT.
