People get all upset over this, truly ridiculous. Theyre getting their ducks in a row, for something in the future. The reason they cant indicate the split ratio, is because they dont know where the PPS is at the pt where they probably want to uplist. There are alot of things that need to be done prior to that. They will need the revenues to uplist. a certain # of min. shareholders, a form 10-12 to uplist to SEC reporting, then uplist to OTCBQ , then they need a form S1 to uplist to NASD/NYSE. So they are a long way from all of that. I will be buying more Monday morning, we know eventually once of these things theyre working on will be a big success, with the credence of their mgt. team.
