It wasn't just because of the list but yes and I took a big hit. My avg. was way up there I could not afford to risk more downside.

There were other red flags for me not just the RS and more dilution... The ceo keeps talking about chain supply issues yet other companies are able to start new trials but CUBT for some reason can't even file for IND because of chain supply ? I started to realize how blinded I was from the LOVE I once had for this ticker and impressive resumes that I saw and whatnot.

Is it really the chain supply issue or are they having issues with the formulations of the drugs ? I am starting to think it is the latter.

I don't think they are a straight up scam like many other OTCs but something is off...

I started sobering up and realized they haven't made ANY real progress since they took over the shell besides adding more people to board and gifting them shares... These people aren't even working for them they are all just advisors not employees.

Then the fact that they don't really have anything besides bunch of licenses. Are they really that valuable to justify over 50mil. market cap with no real progress ?

Then they have the audacity to ''hold shareholder meeting'' while not allowing anybody to vote but themselves and fearmonger with R/S and MORE sharegifting like they don't have enough.

I feel like shit that I recommended this ticker to my close family and had to bring the bad news.
