Frankly, it sounds more like NP was unaware of how complete or incomplete the BLA was at that time in April of 2020. All he had was the information given him from Amarex/Kush Dody, since he is not an expert on this huge document and could not accurately assess it himself. In fact - he probably didn't even have the document because Amarex was "working on it."

It sounds like it's the size of, or bigger than those old ponderous unabridged dictionaries they had in the bigger libraries. Yeah, check the content of one of those huge babies for any typos or errors, LOL.
