The CUSIP was suspended and the ticker deleted because the company was liquidated in Chapter 7 bankruptcy and shut down completely. An attempt was made to hijack the corporation while it was still in bankruptcy so that it could be used for a pump and dump.

Those who bought stock in a bankrupt, liquidated, shut down company should consider seeking advice on investment decisions or, better yet, consider CD's available from their local bank.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
