That was not a shareholder update at all.
She should have talked about the offering status and the status of the supposed acquisition LOI. Those are public documents that were released with no summary details to shareholders.

I got out of this with a minor scratch, but know of others that are bleeding badly.

I believe Aluf is just a side hustle for Teresa since they really have no operating business at the current time.
