Many OTC companies put out these type of notices. It seems they plan on doing this R/S further down the road, that's probably why there is such a large spread on the possible ratios. I'm in another stock A I A D, and they made a similar announcement around a month ago, and the stock went up around 4X earlier this week, so saying this is the kiss of death is far from the truth. If this was some share printing scam, then, yes, the scam is over for the current share holders because of this announcement. I don't believe this is a scam and is clearly to prepare for an up-list. I don't think some of the people involved in this company want to damage their reputations in that way. ALL IMO
