Yes-you have to read the whole article. It clearly states that the partner was reprimanded in 2017. So what? I've been sporadically reprimanded growing up and for that matter throughout my life at times. It happens and I turned out just fine. The SEC has reprimanded numerous entities in it's history. Many are for nonsense. I'm not sure what your point is.
