I am hearing that even the aroma of a reverse split is an instant sell

why not put it out there at a time when they actually want to do a RS ?

why do it now and fearmonger ?

they either don't care about shareholders (you and I) or are incompetent if they didnt't realize that this would cause a selloff

or they actually plan to pull of the RS soon

in all of those cases its BAD
