Cox was doging a court order to never manage and run True Wireless ever again.

He then changed the name of KSIX Media to Surge Holdings Inc., Where he then started and ran his Massive Bullshit campaign, with his True Wireless company as the flagship subsidiary.

The tidy profit selling True Wireless to himself was all self-enrichment, that included Cox's majority ownership of KSIX Media that newly named-changed to Surge Holdings, Inc.

Cox then changed the Surge Holdings Inc company name again to SurgePays Inc. in Cox's attempt to hide from all his bullshit press releases and poorly reflecting search engine results that showed all his Bullshit and self-paid CEO interviews, and his complete but planned failures as were repeatedly promised revenues and profits to come in his Massive Bullshit campaign, yet that he never delivered.
