Hey XXXX, as for the 8k/a, there is not penalty or freeze, and therefore there is no extension process either. The 10Q is not due until 45 days after close of quarter. So the 15th of November in this case.

We know how long it’s been and getting the numbers right (from a cash based private company to an accrual based public company) can take some time. We are doing our best and working as fast as possible to have this completed timely.
