The trend of selling on merger/acq completions that have run up prior to closed contracts , continues.


With a lot of them, too much cheap stock loaded so the event is diminished.

If it's not something huge, doesn't sustain for now.

It's understandable with the climate due to poor leadership, people are locking in $ which is great.
