I reached back out to Joseph Vazquez this morning to ask why EFIR is still not showing up on Texas SOS registry. He said he wasn’t sure but that he has personally seen the “State Corporate Certification”. He also stated that he forwarded my email from TX SOS to the company so they can look into it. In his words “if there is an issue I’m sure it will be resolved”. Just wanted to pass that along as a follow-up to my communication with him last Friday. At least Mr. Vazquez is still actively communicating with us. That’s a positive sign.
