With a 51% majority, I thought the announcement would be the other way around and not "Welcome NSAV to join http://BW.com family". Is anybody else confused by this? What happens when a private company acquires a public company? Any chance that $NSAV will be de-listed? Is that why Yuen Wong's lips are zipped?
