I'm certainly not negative on this deal yet. We need to know the following:

What is asset value of Northstar that LGBS received?

How much revenue does Northstar generate?

Are LGBS shares that were issued for the acquisition restricted, and if so for how long?

In my opinion, there will be further acquisitions by LGBS to diversity business operations beyond real-estate.

Disclosure: I added shares yesterday based on my opinion that this is only the first acquisition that LGBS is going to pursue.

I also believe yesterday's stock price reaction was disappointment to an expectation of a bigger deal. Therefore, LGBS, in my opinion, is in an oversold situation.
