Important thing to notice on the 4M cross trade today. Yes it was dilution, but no it wasn’t dumped on the market. The cross trade represents an average cost basis that those shares were sold. BUT, the share price didn’t ever hit that price all day. This tells me it may have been a private placement with a slight discount off the current share price. That’s a big difference than dumping on the open market! Investors want shares!
