Tranche sales over time are working for this investor. Drop some shares, buy some coin, watch folks make excuses. Rinse and repeat.

Speaking with another current/former investor selling like I am, we joked about the idea Mgmt is using the share "performance" to acquire/prepare the company to go private again (on bad terms for shareholders)since "someone" is buying bulk shares every day at close.

If an unnamed blood relative 3rd party acquired all these shares they could force the leverage, squeeze out all the remaining shareholders at a loss, and walk away still owning all 4 technologies at less than 15-20 million.

Then it can be sold all over again, subject to RICO of course.
