Even if they can never change the ticker, do you think that will stop them from proceeding forward? Absolutely not! When it happens, it happens, but if it can't as you suspect and claim, then it doesn't. In the end, they need to provide details on their business plan/revenue path. That is the most important in my opinion. I don't care what they call their business.
If they don't have revenue or projected revenue, the business won't survive. We are so close to the REG A, and that is what is important right now. I'd like to know what the money will be used for and where the company is heading. imo
