Could it be as I supposed?
He only changed the name to Yuenglings, because Mid Penn was closing in on a take-over. Due to him never paying them the $50G that was due at the closing 2 yrs. ago???
And, just so happens, he has another ticker to land in.
Bohorad is left as the guy in charge?
But of course, he and David Yuengling were always still on the hook, for their original debt. Some of which, Uncle Dickey helped to pay down.
