This preoccupation about dilution is so ridiculous.

Even if 750,000,000 shares were issued oven night, at current pps (15) the market cap (or value of the company) would be only $6,000,000.

Assuming a multiplier of 2 (normally used for large well established companies) this market cap would be justified by an annual revenue expectation of $3,000,000 (according to the recent PR, Mr Leon mentionned a $1,800,000 for CURRENT HALF.

Unless the company is to fold, current pps makes no sense and this crazy discussion about dilution is a scare tactic used to influence people not understanding what it really means.
