Sir, with all due respect, but all depends on selection of partners and suppliers and then most importantly, on the contracts.

I have been not working in pharma industry. I don't believe that in this industry stupid contracts are a habit, maybe just Nader doesn't know how to design contracts. I am 45 years in industry. It happensalso to me that I chose a wrong partner, but I had always very good contracts. Wgat about performance bonds? Warranties? Liquidated Damages? Penalties? Right to withdraw with full compensation?....there are many helpful conditions. You are only helpless if you don't understand the business.

I am a long for 5 years. I voted for Nader as 13D is for me a fraud. We can talk endless, but one thing will remain, the failure of AMAREX is with Nader. He is the CEO.

The problem: if he doesn't accept that he has failed, he will not improve. Everyone fails sometimes in business, but one has to be aware about. Time for him to apologize.
