QNTA responded to my email inquiry. I'm reluctant to copy/paste the email response here, but I can summarize it with the following:

I was thanked for reaching out to them. It was a very pleasant email!

The name and symbol changes are still in process with Finra

They hope to share news with the investors regarding the OTCQB uplist initiative very soon (in the coming days).
