Read the last line: " The Company intends to cure the deficiency during the additional 180-day period by effecting a reverse stock split, if necessary."

This is the solution that they have reported to NASDAQ until they can come up with something else to strengthen the company and share price!!!

They didn't say a thing about trying an aquisition or merger to cure the problem...
