Looks as though FUTS is acquiring PRMO....though for what reason????

IF I had to guess...I would say that FUTS will be a holding company for PRMO and the merger that company is bringing in. And by holding company I mean they will be the parent company to a number of different companies...one of which is the company PRMO is merging with.

Things are getting interesting as PRMO just spent a ton of money getting their filings up to date.
