I bought 5,000 shares. Have added about 30000 under 1.40 in the last 6 weeks.

The 13D thinks they are clever, unloading lots of shares to affect the vote and still be able to vote. That's pretty slick.

As slick and clever as they are, if I was Cytodyn and my 200 million did not pass I would immediately schedule an emergency Share Authorization vote with 10/28/21 as the Date of record for ownership and voting.

Millions of shares unloaded and others loaned out for shorting would not be legible and this little share attack would be used against the 13D and their supporters.
