Novi has already underwent review and is waiting further substantive review. Why keep saying it hasnt been reviewed? CEO explained all this and even put up for everyone to read. There are different departments and the initial review was completed and passed on to substantive review. CEO has gone over this in videos as well. I will call them and ask them to clarify because harping on this is a waste of time
