There will be no buyout at 2$ a share! That pr is totally misleading. In fact 2$ a share is calculated on the future growth of the company thanks to USSE investments. No shareholder is going to get 2$ a share, nor 1$ a share. It has been a very interesting run and long overdue, because that company had a good technology, but don't mislead and don't be misleaded.
