I am familiar with the Iceberg order. BUT, you must know that that is not the case most of the time. It has been explained to me by the SEC that: 'the MM's get a little leeyway in order execution on the OTC markets AS LONG AS IT IS NOT MEANT TO MANIPULATE THE SP'.

If there is an inquiry into a 'set' of orders, the the MM's have to justify that there was an Iceberg order in place at the time of the trades. If not they have to justify WHY it was done like that AND that is was NOT FOR SP manipulation.

So I ask you... How many times have you asked the SEC to inquire about 'suspicious' trades? Do you ALWAYS believe that they are 'Iceberg trades' without making sure?

Just asking... I have done many and they are NOT ALL up to par.

SHED SOME LIGHT ON THIS!

OOPS... there just went another 10K.
