FWIW- Just spent over 45 minutes with TDA via phone call. Explained all aspects ( filings, attorney letter and amendment to pink current) to them and companies response this morning to form 211.

He stated TDA has their OWN policies in place regardless of OTCM, SEC, or FINRA findings. I asked specifically what they are not approving to allow buys and he could not find the exact reasons, but was understanding. He was looping in his compliance and legal staff to clarify and promised he would call back with his findings. I let him know how many people were ticked off at TDA and advised his team to look up the many slams their way on IH, Stocktwits, and Twitter recently.

So we’ll see if I get that call back.
Will let the board know if I do.
