Serious investors are waiting on the PAPERWORK to be officially signed .... The Deal isn't done until the DEAL is done ..

After the paperwork is signed then REVENUE / MARKETCAP / SHARE PRICE all changes .

The share price wont move up until people SLOWLY figure out the Valuation . NSAV will be an undervalued company for a Hot Second.

This is the OTC ... NOTHING happens as it should NORMALLY .
