Maybe someone here can help me with some math? ICOA announced they are paying for the $240m deal with BGBF with Preferred Restricted Shares of stock. What price are those shares sold and how would that work? There's only 114k restricted shares listed on the OS. At the current price around .02, that's ~12 Billion shares. That's more than the Authorized Share count. How does this work? It doesn't seem like there's enough shares to cover these deals even if they sell the entire share count for this ticker.
